FTIR Freeware Programs
This is a simple program that will convert a Perkin-Elmer ASCII file to a
lower resolution.
That is you can tell it to keep every 4th or 8th (user selectable) data point.
This is a freeware program please use it at your own discretion. Please report back any errors or bugs or suggestions.
