SWGDRUG has compiled a mass spectral library from a variety of sources, containing drugs and drug-related compounds (1459 spectra (July 7, 2011)).

Please Note I am building up a freeware mass spectral library in HP Chemstation format. If you have a personal library that you would like to share with others please e-mail it to me. I will compile it into a single freeware library and post it back here for downloading.
