Mass Spectrometry Tools
This is a mass spectrometry molecular weight calculator.
You can enter a formula and the calculator will determine the monoisotopic
molecular weight for the formula,
the Average molecular weight and the Mass percent of each element.
The Isotopic distribution is also displayed.
Formula's may be entered with brackets for example C6HAs(C6H5)6.
Formula's may be entered with a period for example C6H5As.5HCl
Formula's may contain common abbreviations for example Ph for phenyl, Me for
methyl.
Formula's may contain 3 letter peptide codes for example Pro for proline.

Elemental composition calculator will determine all possible formula for a
given mass, tolerance and charge.
The elements included are the ones listed on the side. These can be changed by
pressing a button of an unused element and selecting the required element for a
list.
